About
National Adoption Coalition of South Africa
The National Adoption Coalition of South Africa (NACSA) was formed on the 17th March 2011, with the aim of unifying and empowering our communities and society, to create positive and permanent change in the lives of our children.
We passionately believe that every South African deserves to know that adoption is an option.
Therefore, we are fervently pursuing the following goals:
- To be the voice for adoption in South Africa – to educate and create awareness among South Africans about adoption as an option when deciding how to deal with a crisis pregnancy, how to become a parent, or how to extend a family.
- To assist the adoption community as a whole to create awareness and hence encourage the use of their services.
The National Adoption Coalition consists of a network of partners with defined roles and responsibilities. We manage and coordinate all activities through pro bono services and a core dedicated implementation team. To ensure that our services remain relevant, we review our activities on a quarterly basis and measure the effectiveness against set objectives. We take full ownership of and accountability for the results of our efforts.
